Why Superfast?

See why so many schools in Bristol have decided to go Superfast with us:

Superfast Speeds

Superfast Schools uses the connectivity backbone provided by some of the UKs largest Telecomms providers to ensure your students and staff won't see any internet slow downs, even during peak times. Our preferred connection type is Fibre and this can provide speeds to your school of up to 1Gbps – faster than some schools’ internal networks! We also offer ADSL, 4G and Satellite connections too!

Security

We partner with Dell to install the latest, award winning, firewalls into our schools. These can also double up as remote access portals to allow staff to work from home and be able to access network shares and printers. Our filtering system offers industry-leading performance and security to ensure that access is restricted to suit YOUR school and YOUR students, not just arbitrary lists of what WE feel is desirable and what is not.

Flexibility

No two schools’ needs are exactly the same: we believe flexibility is critical to schools and can tailor our product and service to suit your needs. For example, you can choose to have either Microsoft Office 365 Education or Google Apps for Education commissioned as part of your install, offering cloud-based email, office and collaboration tools. It is also a key feature within our filtering solution to provide differing filtering rules for student year groups and for staff. We can also enforce access to YouTube for Schools, Google SafeSearch and the Yahoo and Bing equivalents.

Value

Through close partnerships with suppliers and our buying power we have managed to secure attractive pricing which pass on to our Bristol schools to ensure your internet service is affordable. We’re often priced significantly below local authority / ‘grid’-style connections but also offer numerous benefits such as UK-based support.
